Description :

7C Xanthan Gum is Essential ingredient for gluten-free baking. It acts as an emulsifier and binder and adds volume to gluten-free breads, cookies, cakes and other baked goods. It is an excellent all-purpose thickener for dressings, gravies & sauces.

Directions for Use:

Mix the xanthan gum with the oil or liquid in a blender to fully dissolve the gum 1.5% to 2.5% for cakes & cookies 3.5% to 4.5% for bread and pizza base.
